NSBP Nippers will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Nippers will be split into Blue and White sub-groups depending upon age and will engage in aerobic and anaerobic activities. Our goal is to stimulate the participant’s body while having fun at the same time. All NSBP Nippers will work on cognitive skills, beach rules and guarding skills. With time remaining NSBP Nippers will take part in team games devised to reinforce teamwork and communication skills. All NSBP Nippers will leave the program with new skills that he/she can apply to everyday life.
